This policy explains what personal information Oakmara (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit oakmara.shop (the “Site”) or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

Order details you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, the items you order and any name or number you choose for personalisation.
Payment information: handled by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Messages: what you write to us by email, and our replies.

3. How we use it

To process, produce, ship and track your order and to send order confirmation, shipping and delivery emails.
To answer your questions and handle damaged, defective, wrong or lost items under our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
To understand how the Site is used and to improve it, and to measure our advertising.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed with:

Shopify, which hosts the Site and processes orders and payments, and Shop Pay and the Shop app if you choose to use them (Shopify’s own privacy notice applies to those services).
Payment providers, to take and refund payments.
Production and shipping partners, who receive your name, address, phone number and item details so they can make and deliver your order.
Email and analytics providers, who help us send order emails and understand Site usage.
Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Advertising and analytics partners may receive information about your visit through cookies. Where the law counts that as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, you can opt out as described in section 7.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, secure checkout and measure traffic and advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the Site, such as the cart and checkout, may then stop working.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle claims and meet tax and accounting rules, then delete or anonymise them. Messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict some uses, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not treat you unfairly for exercising these rights. To make a request, email support@oakmara.shop with your order number or the email address you ordered with. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and will reply within the time the law allows (generally 30 to 45 days). You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails, if you receive any, using the link in each message. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
